Reelight has a strict policy regarding returns, accepting them only if explicitly agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of the company. However, Reelight offers its customers a 1-year warranty on all products purchased from the date of order. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and conditions.
In the event of a warranty claim, customers are required to provide documentation of the issue and reach out to Reelight at info@reelight.com. Reelight reserves the right to repair or replace the product, offer a full or partial refund, or take any other appropriate action at its discretion.
It's important to note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications to the product.
